[attr="class","sensestextbox"]Helena sat behind her office table with her legs crossed as she flipped through paper work with an expressionless look on her face. Right now, she was reading up on all of her patients because each one needs to have her signature on it that allows them progression to the next phase. If they do not make the cut, then they are cut from the program and thrown out as government waste, which simply means they are going to kill the null experiments. Doctor Helena is cutthroat and many staff members of Area 51 do little to cross her, especially those within her department, but of course her control can go only so far as she has no control over her superiors. Even still, within her division she has her control and power over the employees as well as the experiments they are currently working. The entire reason for all the experimentation is to simply make America greater and better than any other country. The world has countless researches on how to harness nuclear energy, but there is little to no research about harnessing the supernatural power. Matter of fact, the world for the most part still believes werewolves, vampires, and even witches are only a part of Hollywood culture or simple fables you tell children. From Helen has seen within the past few years in Area 51 it would be a mistake to allow your ignorance to cloud your judgement.

One file caught the red head’s attention as a small smirk appeared her face and there were two experiments to which brings a smirk upon the Doctor’s face. Mason Bryant and Teresa Jones. Doctor Helena has no idea whether the two knows each other, but she surely knows them where the experiments are concerned. Teresa… She was a feisty one that Helena had a pleasure in working with because she could understand the want to resist against something so foreign to her. Area 51 was holding her against her will, but it is for science as the reassurance she would not have the chance to hurt anyone outside of the cement walls.

Helena sat Teresa’s paperwork to the side as she was expecting to see the ground zero patient later today. The Doctor was fond of Teresa because she was one of the few recipients who survived the experiments that would give her the multiple set of abilities, which was more than perfect. Of course, Teresa still needs a talk with the woman in charge because that stunt she pulled when the wiccan coven attacked Area 51 was not okay. She was punished, but she was never confronted by Helena herself about the entire situation. Many would say meeting with Helena is a punishment, but Helena likes to think of it as a way to be honest and truthful in a negative situation. Before anything happens, she is giving you a chance of redemption and a chance to win her trust again because right now, Teresa’s stay in Area 51 could be a lot worse.

Doctor Helena pressed her buzzer underneath her desk and waited for a guard to come inside her office. The red-head smiled as she spoke her order, “Bring me the ground zero patient please. Teresa Jones.” The guard nodded was on his way to get Teresa, while Helena stood from behind her desk to walk over to the left of the room. On the other side of her office room lies a little sitting area with a mirror mounted on a desk, which looks almost like a spot to do make-up and hair does, although its more than that for Helena. The doctor sat in the chair to look in the mirror, before picking up a comb and combing her red hair gently, while watching her reflection in the mirror as she was merely waiting for her patient to show.

The countless years spanned in front of her, an eternity. Teresa knew this was her life now and for the rest of her life. She was locked in this cage, and she would die here whenever her captors allowed it. These facts were a part of her by this point, an inescapable truth. She believed this, and did nothing to try to fight it. Not anymore. It was impossible to know how much time had really passed already since she'd first been abducted. Months, years, decades? Time meant nothing after so long. Her last hope had been extinguished, lost with the witch coven who had conspired to release her, her sister, and many other monsters from the compound. Teresa had lost her opportunity, had been recaptured. Now she was looking at the rest of her life,and it no longer tormented her. Reality had broken whatever fight had lingered within her heart. She might as well have been dead. Hell, Teresa might have preferred death at this point.

The time of replaying the scenario in which she had lost all hope had long since passed. For days, possibly even weeks, Teresa had agonized over her lost opportunity. What should she have done differently? Run faster? Fight harder? Leave her sister behind? No, not the last one. If there was any solace in her current situation, it was that Camille had made it out. Now, Teresa could only hope that Camille never, ever stopped running. It was the only way any of it was worth it. That's how she eventually made peace with what had happened- realizing that Camille had a fighting chance. Teresa had to believe she would make it out, that all of it wasn't for nothing. And after making peace, Teresa began to return to her numb state, a dissociative state of mind that kept her safe from what was happening to her.

The staff at Area 521 had been less than pleased with her, and had starved her almost to the point of desiccation as punishment. As far as she could tell, this was about when the changes started happening. They had been given her something, some injection of some kind, and it had changed her. She was stronger, despite having not eaten, and eventually, when they did start feeding her again, she noticed differences within herself too. Sometimes she could feel magic run through her blood, magic she couldn't control, and other times she felt more like a vampire, while on some night she would change into a werewolf. It took a long time for her to realize that the only reason she was still alive was because Area 51 had also noticed these changes. When she cried out in the night, asking, begging them to tell her what the hell was happening to her, they said nothing. She was only ever met with silence.

This had eventually become the norm, and she'd stopped asking, had stopped begging those who stood at the end of her cage for help. They were not going to help her. They were not her friends. She was alone in this world, and there was no escaping it. So she simply began to die. Not outwardly- physically, Teresa was stronger than ever. But inside her soul, the bright and teeming mind of Teresa Jones slipped away into a primal madness. She didn't try to hold onto her sanity, didn't try to fight the degradation of her mind. It was easier this way. No thinking, no agonizing. Just a life of pure, basic instinct. It wasn't torture, but there was certainly no joy in it.

She stared at the ceiling blankly, feeling the strength of the werewolf she'd recently been fed course through her bloodstream. The blood heightened her senses, and she knew if that there was a full moon coming soon, she would reluctantly turn into a bloodthirsty wolf. But she couldn't feel the pull of the moon at all, so she knew that the full moon was a long time off from right now. Still, there was a savageness to the blood, it gave her an edge, and it made not pacing back and forth in her cell a very hard feat. Still, she held absolutely still, controlling the desire to throw a tantrum until a guard entered her room. It was all instinct, attacking him. She leaped towards him, eyes flashing a bright gold color before she was zapped with the high voltage taser, leaving her spasming on the ground. Still, he underestimated her strength, and she was up in an instant, knocking him to the ground. Teresa killed the man before she could be tasered again.

They dragged her, kicking and snarling with a feral rage, to where they had been instructed. Half way there, they injected something into her neck, and a sluggish haze fell over her, and she slumped into them, unable to resist them any further though she remained conscious. They carried the small woman with ease after that, and when they all arrived in the small room. Although a chair was available, the men who escorted her simply dropped her to the ground, her head making a loud cracking noise when it connected with the floor. Teresa groaned in pain and slowly put her arm in front of her face to prevent further blows, but they made none. One of the men simply announced to someone Teresa couldn't see that 'patient zero', as she was fondly refereed to as, had been delivered, and then they left with that. In all honesty, Teresa was surprised they didn't put her in a straight jacket, like last time.

[attr="class","sensestextbox"]The red-headed Doctor sat in her chair gently brushing her hair as she awaited the presence of Teresa Jones, though she eventually stopped brushing to watch herself in the mirror. They are close to something big, something that science all around the world is not prepared to understand, let alone use. The United States of America will be the first to harness supernatural energy and weaponize, but the perfect source of that energy is still being research. Luckily, the bodies and the blood of werewolves, vampires, and witches have proven to be quite useful for American soldiers. Testing was conducted several times to make sure that the blood samples of the various creatures was viable and would do exactly what they have hypothesized. Doctor Helena is proud of sector in that regard, but there is much to be done in the field of science as they’ve only reached the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the supernatural. Patients like Teresa Jones are the very reasons why Area 51 has come so far in their efforts to make top notched weapons, who are trained and are loyal to the American dream as well protecting that dream. Teresa Jones, whether she likes it or not will be a hero in all of this because of what she is today she could help America.

Teresa Jones, patient zero, is currently a mess of things as she has slowly grown my violent since the time of her recapture. Not to mention she’s been starved excessively, which is her punishment for attempting to leave the compound that was being generous in keeping her alive. At that moment, Helena was ready to kill Teresa, but she had no other test subjects that was like her. Teresa has untapped potential that would be of some use to Area 51, but of course she doesn’t see it in herself. Helena could understand why she tried to escape, but it is only futile to do so in the current predicament she is in. If she would have escaped, then she is an enemy of the Nation as well as having a target on her back. See, every agent on duty would sent to search for her and her sister, so escaping would eventually get you caught. The last thing Doctor Helena needs would be an escape experiment that she could not recover, which will show as poor leadership on her part. Helena Krushlov cannot have failure and she will not accept it either.

Doctor Helena heard her door open and she pleasantly turned in her chair to see the young Teresa dropped to the floor like a sack of meat. The doctor stood from her seat in a decent manner, before walking over to the drugged creature in her red-bottom heels with an easing pace. Helena does not fear Teresa, but she would be damned to allow a rabid animal fully conscious within her presence. A mistake it would be on her part. Helena looked at the guards, before nodding them off, “Good work, but that will be all… I can handle this from here.” Helena said with a smile as she watched the door close behind them, before finally resting her eyes on the dark-haired beauty with a gleam in her eyes. Kindness goes a long way for everybody, despite how bestial or crazed they may be. Teresa is shrinking herself into a primal state to cope with the outside world because it’s easier to be the animal the world thinks her to be, but Helena knows she did not come in with the appetite of a beast. She is not a beast, but she has the bad luck to survive as one.

Doctor Helena bent down a bit to Teresa, before reaching out her hand for the woman to grab. The red-headed doctor spoke pleasantly to the patient, “Im afraid inside here, you will be treated as a woman. Not a monster that they paint you to be,” Simple manipulation as she is notorious for her clever tongue and demeanor, but it is the best way to win trust and truth. Helena continued as she waited for the other woman’s response, “Take my hand and show me that you’re not the monster those scientists have made you to be.”
